FESTIVE TREATS

Time to eat, drink and be merry! To help you embrace the festive spirit we are sharing our favourite Christmas Cocktail recipes as well as our homemade Mince pie tartlets. Cheers to a fabulous winter season!

MINCE PIE TARTLETS

Ingredients:

Ready roll sweet shortcrust pastry

Organic mince pie filling

Icing sugar

Milk for glazing

STEP 1

Roll out the pastry and use a round cookie cutter to cut 24 mini cases, using them to line the bottom of a tart baking tin. Use a star cookie cutter on the remaining pastry for decoration – keep aside for later.

STEP 2

Fill each case with a spoonful of the organic mince pie filling, then place your star shaped pastry on top of each pie.

STEP 3

Brush the tops of the tartlets with milk. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown on top.

STEP 4

Allow to cool and then sprinkle some icing sugar on top to decorate.
